CSIO is a small intermediary organization, currently led by a team of three staff, one intern and many volunteers. Third Sector New England (TSNE) is CSIO’s fiscal sponsor.

Meet CSIO 2021-22 Interns
In 2021-22 CSIO is grateful for the leadership of a group of undergraduate and graduate student interns from local schools.
Sairy Gonzalez is an undergraduate at Northeastern University who previously as a Boston high school student was a Core for 3 years with YUP. We are thrilled that Sairy is continuing her leadership with CSIO while in college – now as a youth organizer with YUP.
Aderonke Lipede is studying for a Masters in Divinity at BU School of Theology. An Attorney as well, Aderonke is working with CSIO as an organizer around both legal advocacy and health equity in Equity Now & Beyond (EN&B).
Dina Hernandez is studying for a Masters in Social Work at Boston College. Dina is helping coordinate Equity Now & Beyond and organizing around related health equity.
Maria Castaneda is studying for a Masters in Divinity at Harvard Divinity School. A previous youth organizer, Maria is working with CSIO as a YUP youth organizer and an EN&B health equity organizer.
Andres De Arco is studying for a Masters in Divinity at Harvard Divinity School. A previous youth organizer, Andres is working with CSIO as a YUP youth organizer and an EN&B health equity organizer.
Fernando Benetti is studying for a Masters in Divinity at Harvard Divinity School. Fernando is working as an organizer in the Brazilian community with our sister organization and member of EN&B Brazilian Women’s Group.
Jackie Hardwick is an undergraduate student at Colby College who is interning at CSIO via our longtime partner the College for Social Innovation. Jackie is an organizer for both YUP and EN&B.
Laetitia Pierre-Louis is an undergraduate pre-med student at Northeastern University. For the past two years, Laetitia has been helping coordinate EN&B and organize YUP.
