Organizational Infrastructure

CSIO is a small intermediary organization, currently led by a team of four staff and 4 Advisory Board members. We use Third Sector New England (TSNE) as our fiscal sponsor.

Each of the co-directors takes leadership on appropriate individual projects and areas of organizational development, and the staff team collectively analyzes and guides the projects. In addition to serving as our fiscal sponsor, TSNE contributes in-kind donations, including subsidized office rental space and systems, to CSIO. At the program level, CSIO and TSNE’s Management Effectiveness Program have been collaborating over the past two years around capacity building work.
